We did some minor work on my sons 98 concorde that required us to disconnect the NEG battery terminal for safety. After we finished the car will not start. There is good fuel pressure, there is voltage to the coils when cranking but no spark. Seems that there is no trigger to coils. Also disconnected the cam sensor and cranked for 20-30 seconds but no fire. Crank sensor is new and tests ok.

And it was running all OK before the battery was disconnected ?
any security system lights on and or any blinking sounds !
try and lock and unlock door using the key
check for any disconnected wires
disconnect battery place key in ignition and turn on
reconnect battery
turn key off and than try and start
check if you have SYNC between cam and crank
