1998 Chrysler Concorde gas in oil and why iM only getting c

It was really cold here last week and car wouldnt start I checked my oil and it smells like gas but when I boost it im only getting clicking what do I do

Hi:
If you are getting gas in the oil, you most likely flooded the engine in the cold weather and raw fuel made its way past the piston rings. Have you checked for spark? Also, make sure to change the oil as soon as you can. Also, when you use the car, di you make a lot of short trips (less than 5 miles)?
