I would do a complete throttle bore cleaning, and take a really good look at the vacuum lines again, it sounds like something is pinched or cracked. Sometimes its hard to see. You can try a little trick that we do to check for vacuum leaks, >: get a can of throttlle cleaner or carb cleaner and mist it around the manifold and all of the vacuum lines, if you hear the idle change then you have a leak in that vicinity.
