Hi, Sue joe, I want you to get your car back on the road, your going to need to have your brother inlaw or yourself, read a little about hoe your 6 cylinder starting system operates, you can hear fuel pumping, you had the timing belt replaced, this is great, it tells me and anyone much. Have him read about the first things to check, he's got a voltmeter and needs a clue as to what the problem isn't. That shutdown relay is turned on by the computer, but it won't allow an engine to run if it doesn't get a signal from the camshaft and crankshaft sensors, this allows the ignition coils to energize, and as long as the timing belt and engine compression is ok, it starts, have him recheck the fuses one more time in the fuse panel under the hood, the lid on the panel is black and it explains each relay and fuse, after that you'll need to test the powertrain control module with a snanner, you can get all this information on testing for a no start in the mitchell manuals that are available here, along with the tools, I can't say it could be this or that without know ing this information like whether a spark at the spark plugs is present at the run, or crank key position, I hope in some way this helps you, you can ask one of the 2carpros about testing it also, good luck to ya.
