Where is it? I look under the driver seat and did not see it. Please help me

As you know it isn't under the seat. If it is an Astro van it behind the right front kick panel. If it is a full size van then it is in 1 of three spots, under the drivers seat or on the left B piller or behind the dash above the brake pedel near where the brake booster bolts to the fire wall. Hope this helps.
