Possible engine knock?

1994 chev 1500.5.7 350, auto 161,000 oil pressure is great, no missing, noise from rear of engine. Was told it was rear main bearing, can I replace this with engine in truck? Any help thanks

Yeap! Go underneath-get an old 350 book and follow it with the trick on a cotter pin.

Remove the bearing cap, bend both the tail end of the cotter pin atleast qtr in. Stick the head in the journal's oil hole this will help to remove the upper bearing
