Im having problems with my catalytics converters Causing check engine light to come on. scan reveals that catalytic converter efficiency for bank 2 is below threshold. So Im just wondering if i can just remove? I have no noticable loss in power or gas mileage. Has 2 cats and 2 glass packs Thanks

Because the convertors are part of your emissions system, I can't advise you to remove it. But, if you have a O2 sensor down streem of the suspect convertor "it" may me out of range enough to blame the convertor, and still itself be in range enough not to trip a trouble code in the computer. You could interchange the two and see if the problem follows.
