My daughters truck died on the road. I got it home and if I spray carb cleaner or pour gas down the TBI it will start as long as I am adding fuel. Changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay, rotor and dist cap.

I pulled the codes and all it gave me was the O2 sensors had failed. I don't believe this should keep it from starting, am I worng?

Anyway it has me baffled and I am hoping you can help.

Thanks for your time,
Larry

Is the fuel pump running? When you first turn the key on, no crank, can you hear it run for a few seconds? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one.
