1993 Chevy Truck steering locks

When I make a right turn going over 15 mph, my steering wheel locks and I am not able to straighten out, I have to put in reverse moveing the wheel left and right to get back to normal. When I stop and turn slowly it does not. Would you possibly know what this problem is?

Any aftermarket suspension parts on this truck? Liek lift spindles or control arms? Some times they dont hit the steering stops and the wheels will over extend. Any other work been done to the truck?
