Im getting a Pulsation feeling through my steering wheel(the steering wheel wants to move side to side like a wobble) only when I am driving though a curve on the road its not extremely bad but its noticable

That is most likely a bad tire with a broken steel belt. If you get the wheels off the ground and spin them while observing the tracking of the tread surface, you should notice a severe deformation in one spot as it goes by.
