Im not getting fuel to the motor and the fuel pump, and fuel filter has been changed. I also checked the lines to see if they where pluged. What could it be

When you turn key to run-do you hear the fuel pump come on? If so check the fuel pressure if its within-if okay

Check if the injectors are pulsing providing fuel to the cylinders.
