Both of my brake lights do not work but my brake light on my cab does. I checked all fuses and they are fine. Also, they work when I haul a trailier. I think it is a ground wire but I have power from the harness box to the tail lights. Can you help?

Since you mentioned that you tow a trailer, I'd say that you have an electrical problem in the harness, perhaps where you plugged in a 't' connector, for your trailer connection. Unplug it, check the contacts for corrosion, apply some dielectric grease and scrape away any obvious corrosion. Also check for some other corrosive grounds underneath, especially on the frame rails, a common ground for those who install aftermarket accessories.
