2001 Chevy Silverado Won't start

On turn of key I hear a fast series of loud clicking, but truck doesn't turnover. All other electrical looks and sounds fine. Hooked battery up to charger and it shows a full charge.
What's the possible diagnosis

First check for corrosion and loose connections, if those all check out then I would like you to test the starter relay.

To me it sounds like the battery is no good, it might read okay to the charger but when under load it fails, here is a guide to help confirm the problem:
