Vibration started last week from idle to 35 mph and got worse each day. I changed the Carrier Bearing, all three ujoints and rotated tires. Now the vibration is minor up to 35 mph and gets worse up to 48 mph then settles down. Although still there at 50 and above it is not as noticeable. What else can I do to correct this problem and will it damage the truck more if I continue to drive it?

It doesn't vibrate at a certain rpm but by mph.

I would recamend not driving the truck untill you fix the problem. Try pulling the drive shaft make sure it is straight and not twisted if it looks straight I would take it to a tanny shop or a good machine shop to have it balanced. If you continue to drive it and it is the drive shaft you could be looking at a new transmition or rear end.

First, look at the tires and make sure you don't have an irregular wear pattern on any of them. If you do, that is probably the whole problem.
