At about 30-35 mph the front passenger tire shakes uncontrollably. I have replaced the CV axle and had the tire aligned.

Try moving front tires to back it may be a bad tire then check ball joints and front end which should have been done when it was aligned.

Single tire issues usually point to the tire, either out of balance, out of round or failing. One good pothole or sharp edged object like a 2X4 laying in the road can break the belts in the tire.
Jack it up with the steering wheel turned left. now watch the top of the tire at the tread as you slowly rotate the tire. You are looking for a spot(s) where the tread suddenly "swerves" or has a bump in it.
