I have a 94 chevy silverado and whenever i get to 25mph and over my truck makes almost a rustling noise, coming from what it sounds like the front tires? you can especially hear it when riding next to a curb or close to a building and it's getting louder. What could this be?

First make sure the brakes are good. If they are, check u-joints and wheel bearings.

Let me know what you find.

My brother checked my wheel bearing said they're fine, what exactly with the brakes would make them make that noise? My rotors have some rust on them could that be it? And my U joints are good

I mentioned the brakes because I'm not sure what the exact sound is. If the brakes are good, make sure one of the backing plates didn't get bent and is rubbing the rotor. Also, please bear with me. I never know how knowledgeable the person is I am talking with. It isn't a brake sensor squealing?

No it's not a brake sensor squealing, it's not really a squealing noise, it sounds more like a scraping or grinding type noise, I really think it's coming from my brakes though, it's hard to say, nothing appears to be wrong though, other than rust on my rotors
