1998 Chevy Silverado runs and stall on start up

Just installed rebuilt engine and tried to start and runs and stalls. Hooked up scan tool and no comunication with anything. Checked all powers, grounds and fuses all good and within specs. Also the security light stays on. Checked voltage and grouns for the Passlock and all is good. Checked all the functions of the ignition switch and all good. Anybody have any ideas would be great kinda frustrating!

Check the fuel pressure and the oil pressure sending unit-When the vehicle starts the OPSU powers the fuel pump
