It is turning over getting gas and firing, but it will not start. It has new fuel pump, distributor cap, plugs and wires.

Was the distributor pulled out/moved?
Wires were removed one at a time and replaced/pulled loose and tried to remember how they went/ used a book to put them back on?

Is your check engine light on?
Can you give it a one to two seconds shot of starter fluid into the throttle body, hook the air cleaner snout back on and try to start it? (Do this outside, have a fire extinguisher handy be safe as you can!)
Upon cranking, What did it do? Tried to start/ or plain ole over and overs as before?

Hello,
I would also connect a code reader to see if it shows anything.
OK, you replaced those parts, it ran fine, then you shut it off and now it gets fuel, and spark but won't start? How long ago did the new parts get put on?
How did you test for fuel and spark?
I would double check the wiring connections around the distributor cap.
