When my truck has been parked in sun for awhile and the cabin gets hot the engine won't start. If I open the doors/windows for 10 minutes then it will start and run fine. The fuel pump is being shut-off for some reason as the engine will fire with ether.

It sounds like a passlock system problem. This system relies on a certain resistance that it reads from a resistor in your ignition switch and the passlock module. When temperature rises and this resistor (or resistors) are beginning to fail, your engine will not start -- or it will start and shut off immediatly. Have your Passlock system scanned.
