1998 Chevy Silverado 1998 Silverado won't start new compute

1998 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

went to get state inspection did not pass. Found fuse missing out of underhood fuse comparment eng-1, replace and truck ran for ten minutes then quit. Replaced ecm, camshaft position, crank sensor, fuel pump, mass air flow. I have no injector pulse, i've tested injectors they work.

Find the ICM on the right side on rear of engine

I have looked through several wiring diagrams and do not find icm, what does this controll, if it has anything to do with ignition coil, I have fire at plugs
