Strange noise

1996 Chevy S10 pickup, 62,000 miles, 4 cylinder
Whenever we go over a bump in the truck, we hear a clunking noise coming from near the rear passenger side tire. We also hear the noise if someone shakes the truck. My dad thinks it could be the shocks but he replaced them not too long ago. What do you think it could be??

Check the ball joints...control arm bushings...
