I have a 01 s10 with a 2.2 4 cly. The fuel pumped stopped working (the truck ran fine the day before) I spent 390.00 on a new one thinking the pump was bad after replacing the old plump the new pump still does not work the truck only hsas 51 k on it I have spark at the plugs, the engine cranks fine but still fuel is reaching the injectors. No humming at the pump I checked the filter also but no fuel there either yes there is gas in the tank could the relay go bad in the fuse box? Im at a total loss

The relay can and does go bad, but before replacing it check the fuel pump fuse first. Good luck
