1999 Chevy S-10 runs rough

My 99 chevy s10 4.3 has 117,000 miles. It runs fine when first started, but once the engine warms up to normal operating temperature it starts running rough and when I try to give it a lot of gas it acts like it's not getting fuel. The fuel filter has been replaced, but did not help.

Is the check engine light on? That is your trucks way of telling you it has stored a trouble code, most likely the reason for the poor performance. Have it scanned at Autozone (free) and get back with the code/codes. Has it ever been tuned up?
