But runs fine if you spray starting fluid in the throttle body. I have replaced both the injectors, and replaced the dist. Cap and rotor, use a noid light to see if injector pulse is present and there is a pulse and it has good fuel pressure have also replaced the fuel pump relay

What is the actual fuel pressure?

Do you have any vacuum leaks? Especially around the throttle body.

Verify that the wires are going to the correct plug. Otherwise it sounds like it is running too lean.

What would cause it to run too lean besides the ecu. It happened from sitting for like 2 months. At first I was able to start it with starting fluid and drive it without a problem then one night it just stalled when I pulled into my driveway sence then ive been having the problem im having thats why I changed the injectors

12 lbs of fuel pressure sounds low. It should be around 15 lbs.

Change your fuel filter, I did everything and to burn my brain for a couple of weeks, and, come to find out it was the fuel filter, I changed the distributor all injector, fuel regulator intake, coil, cap rotor, new gas, plug wires, EGR PCV ECM TPI fuel pump, etc, the fuel pump filter, after time, it restricts the pressure, good flow no flow bad flow, and will back pressure and, kill your fuel pump, its a 7 dollar part, I replaced the fuel supply lines, I think I did everything, you could do and, buy to fix.

Fuel filter will not cause this issue.

It has a bypass to keep the pressure up.
