1999 Chevy S-10 Running Rough

Chevy S10 4.3 runs fine when first started, but once normal operating temperature is reached it idles rough and acts like it doesn't want to take the fuel. Fuel filter has recently been replaced. Service engine light came on but went off, and it didn't show any codes when checked by Autozone. Purchased truck with about 70,000 miles and it has not been tuned up since I've had it.

If the light came on there is a code in there somewhere. Was it tuned up before you got it? At that mileage it is due for a major tune, using OEM parts for best performance. After tune if problem persists, might need to check fuel pressure, could have a weak fuel pump causing a lean condition
