1996 Chevy S-10 will turn over but will not fire

Have changed the distributor, cap, rotor. Coil, module, and crank position sensor but still will not fire. Also when checking to see if the crank sensor had fire going to it I touched test light to the three wires and one had fire going to it and one of the other wires on the sensor the fuel pump came on the IAC valve started making noise and it blew back through the carb.

Check engine light is it On before it decides to quit on you.

Test the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge designed for your fuel system and then report back with the pressure readings this is where we start
