1988 Chevy S-10 wont start

The tuck tried to start but it wont. Could it be because of the wather. I live in utah well vernal utah and it is always in my garage. We use th eather and I have changed the pluggs and wires and the coil. I even bought a new distributer cap. I just dont understand what is going on. Evey thing reads as ok but I just dont understand. Can you help?

Ether didn't work-I suspect an ignition problem-check ignition timing and test the distributor pick up coil.

Pull the coil wire from the distributor and ground it to the engine have helper crank her over-Do you have spark?
