1988 Chevy no start except runs on injected wd 40

New fuel pump, reduced return line by restrictions, new fuel pump regulator, fp relay. No fuel from injectors. Unit stored 4 yrs, engine starts immediately with wd 40 sprayed, white injector wire test 12 volts, checked all fuses.

Injector has power and not synchronizing could be the computer injector ground drivers or an ignition reference signal is not being recieved by the computer

Ras, check voltage on pins on hall effect switch under rotor in dist. Battery voltage on far right pin as it is mounted, less than.5 vdc on middle pin with interuptor in aperture near battery voltage when not in aperture. Far right pin should be ground.
