I checked the resoirve tank days ago and the liquid was at the bottom. when i heard the noise we checked it again and it was full to the top and steaming. hello, find out what temperature thermostat your car calls for and put one in. Running without one will make your car run HOTTER! Reason being that your water is constantly flowing and doesn't get a chance to stay in the radiator long enough to cool it down. This will create overheating problems. As to the tranny fluid leak, that could make your tranny run hotter-not motor- and if you get low enough shifting problems.Fix leak and put thermo inand you should be good to go 8)
