I have water inside the driver side door due to excessive rain and weather stripping that needs replacing, how do i remove the inner door panel so that i can use towels to dry the water before the metal inside starts to rust?

first, you need to remove the arm rest. After that, check for any screws around the panel and remove them. Next, there are clips between the panel and the door that will pull apart. There is a special tool that can be used to remove them without breaking them. However,if you are careful, you should be able to remove them by hand.
