1998 Monte Carlo won't start

I have a 1998 Monte Carlo z34. I had run low on gas and put in two gallons. I tried starting it and the engine would keep turning over but nothing beyond that. I was told to bleed the fuel line but I can't seem to find the valve. Where is it located?

Turn key to On position-do you hear the fuel pump come On for 2secs. if not you have a power problem-if it comes On and still no fuel delivery check the fuel pressure to rule out the pump and fuel filter.
