Monte Carlo starts without any problems, after running about ten minuets it idles very rough and the RPM drops and it stalls. If I restart it and keep it running by pumping the accelerator it may run a while longer then if stalls it will crank but will not start.
After it sits for about one half hour it will start again and go through the same as above.

Your service engine light should be on and a code should be read to find out what it really is. Taking a shot in the dark i'd have to say that the crank sensor is giving you problems. Or the map sensor. But its' a guess at best. You really should get the code read to find out what it is.
