Poor acceleration and vibration

I have 2003 chev malibu 3.1 V6 engine with 88000 km
I am getting poor acceleration uphill. Had oil change, new plugs, fuel and air filter, pcv valve. No computer codes. I have a tapping in the engine. What could be causing my problem.
Also my car vibrates over 100km/hr and gets worse the faster I go. New rotors and drums, and wheels balance and aligned. What could be my problem

I had these exact problems, except I got a "Fuel Pump Too Rich" code. Poor accel, vibrating at high speeds, felt extremely uncomfortable driving.

Took it into my place; they first scared the bejeezus out of me by telling me that my transmission was slipping from 2nd to 3rd and might need to be rebuilt.

But when they finally got in there?

Broken vacuum line, so too much fuel was getting through and bogging the whole thing down. Fixed in 30 minutes, cost: $25. Ask them to check your vacuum lines.
