See if the two vents on each end of the console pop out. If so, carefully pop off the console without cracking/breaking it. Then its a matter of four bolts holding the stereo in. Then disconnect the wire harness behind it. Find the harness that works with the system you are using, reverse the process. If you cannot find a harness that works with your new stereo "mine didnt" you'll have to rewire the whole thing or get a diagram and work with what is already installed. Everytime I put a stereo on a car, I always rewire using monster wire. But thats just me. Its not really a very difficult process, you just have to dive into it after doing the proper research.
Forgot to add to this, if you go to an audio shop to get it done, your looking at about $225.
