The car when I drive or turn heat on comes out dash board doesn't not release out of door vints.the car makes noise my the belt wheels I've changed the belt noise still continue.

could be a vacuum leak for the door operation. have it checked to verify.

make sure the ac compressor is not locking up causing the belt squeel, otherwise the tensioner may be bad.
