1995 Chevy Lumina my car wont start

Ok so I had to get a new alternator and batteryu for my car last week. Then last night my car died. I had it towed and they said it was the power steering pump. Now they call me and say they cant even start the car. It sounds like it wants to start but it wont turn over. I have no idea what to think. Anyone have any ideas?

Brand new battery and alternator and the correct output voltages being produce and the battery is taking it- Get them to check the fuel and ignition system thoroughly. In order for an engine to fire up it needs 4 ingredients- 1. Cranking speed 2. Compression 3. Fuel 4. Spark one of this is missing-
