1992 Chevy Lumina Wont start!

I was given this car as a gift, but my brother drove it and did something to it. It hasnt started since. I was just hoping for some advice before I took it to a mechanic and spent a lot of money.

If you are gonna look at it, I would suggest checking for fuel pressure and spark. Also check for injector pulse at the injectors. Also look around at any connections he may have disconnected, one of these maybe the problem.
