2005 Chevy Impala Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I recently did a flush to the cooking system. And the car is still running hot. I put coolant in, but still the same results. And I turn on the heater fans and it only blows cold air, no heat. Can you help me please.

You could have a resticted cooling system, make sure the thermostat is replaced
