When I start to move forward and turn to either the right or left there is a noise in the frontend. It also viabrates at aroud 65 mph. I replaced all four tires and had them balanced and viabration is still there. I was told that the problem was the intermediate steering shaft. It sounds more like a nuckle problem to me but I am not sure.
Can you help

The steering shaft will make a lunk or pop type noise when turning the wheel, or when going over bumps. It can be felt in the steering wheel and sounds like a bad front end part. I would recommend having it replaced with the new updated part.
