Look at the cooling fan in front of the radiator to see if comes on when it hot. (electric fan)

well i have got a better understanding now from what i have found out the default sensor does not kick the fan on till 230 so im just ordering a lower temp sensor
but until then a friend had suggested kicking on the air
for the car and that makes the fan work below 230
