If the window does not move at all, try holding the button down while slamming the door shut, this is usually enough to jar a stuck window motor into working again. If this does work you will need to replace the window motor. If not you will have to remove the door panel and access the motor and test for power and ground at the motor.

A scan tool can look at the body control module and see all the inputs and outputs and find the problem a lot faster then we can replace parts and hope were right. It uses several inputs from the ignition switch to the door latch switch etc.
