I have searched everywhere and looked all over the internet but I cannot seem to find the darn manifold absolute pressure sensor to replace. I have the v6 2.8 MPFI. I even bought the part to make sure I knew what it looked like. I have the haynes manual and it does no good. Will someone please help me!

Not according to the haynes manual. It says that the 2.8 and 3.1 MPFI v6 have it, there is a picture of the engine compartment and numbers on it that relate to each part. The map number is just general and I looked all over where it says it is.

I've reviewed the MAP sensor on . Com it says you don't have it if you have a 2.8 MPFI- engine.

Good Luck

Then maybe you can help me. My engine light is on and the code given to me is number 34. This means either the mass airflow sensor has low air flow or it is the manifold absolute pressure sensor signal voltage low. I replaced the mass airflow sensor and the code still comes up. I even took the air filter out to improve airflow.
