2000 Chevy Cavalier with 80,000 miles on it, 2.2L engine.

Turned on windshield wipers and the passenger side one works fine. The drivers side wiper moves a tiny bit and then stops. I live in Arizona so we don't use the wipers alot but we did have a freeze a couple nights ago and wipers were frozen to windshield. Could this have damaged the one somehow or is it a fuse or something else?

Thanks!

Pry off the plastic cap at the base of the arm. There is a nut there. remove it, remove the arm. Clean any crap that may be in there and inspect it for any excessive wear. Reseat the arm if the grooves that prevent slippage are still intact and tighten the nut down solidly. Put the cap back on. Turn it on to test it. Go relax with a favorite beverage and feel good for making the day worthwhile :D
