Car sometimes wont start 02 Cavalier

I have an 02 Cavalier and for about 2 yrs I have had off and on trouble starting my car. The battery is not even 2 yrs old if that. When it started happening the car would not start about once every two weeks different times of the day, I would crank a couple of times then it would start and run with no problems. The last time it happened was a little over a year ago, when I did finally get it started I took it to my local dealership and they tested the starter and they stated the starter was fine. Now here I am a little over a year later and it has done it again only this time it is not starting, all dash and interior lights come on, radio, windshield wipers, but not the engine. Makes no noise, but a faint buzzing noise. There is noone here to try to jump me at this time so I have not tried that, but with the info I have given is there any advice someone can give me.
