2004 Chevy Cavalier Only works on high

My A/C and heat only work on high. I try and turn it on any other speed and nothing happens. Can you tell me what you think it is?

This problem sounds like your blower motor speed control Module (more commonly known as a Blower Motor Resistor)

It does sound like the blower resistor. It is located on the passenger side by the bottom of the heater box.
