If you have good fuel pressure and spark, then check injectors with noid light, see if they are pulsing, if not, then fuse or injector drivers in PCM.
See if local autoparts store will loan a scanner to you, you pay for cost of scanner and get your money back when you return it. It will be the best diagnostic tool to isolate the problem. Maybe a friend can loan you one.
You can also buy code readers for under $50, not my first choice, but it will give some info as to cause.
