1999 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my sister's 99 cavalier was hit in the front driver side fender and ever since then only the driver side high beam works the rest will not come on tried new bulbs and nothing just the one high beam works. Fuses all good and the turn and brake lights work fine

Check the wiring in the front. If the splices in the front are not fully connected this will cause the lights not to work correctly. Also check and see if any got cut from the deer hit
