1997 Chevy Cavalier Car wont start

My speedometer all of a sudden while driving started acting real erratic. It would bounce around. This went on for about 2 weeks then all of a sudden now the car wont start it hust cranks.

Yep, this can happen when the crankshaft angle sensor goes out, here is the location so you can change it out, btw when this sensor goes bad it might not leave a code for the computer. Please go over this guide as well.
