1993 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i was driving it and the speed gage was jumping up and down and when you pushed the brakes the radio shorted out then it died and wont start or turn over

Is it cranking over and refuses to start or won't crank at all/nothing?

Load test the battery if okay make sure its clean and shiny and properly tightened then retry don't work get back
