Recently I just replaced the thermostat in my car. And now I've noticed that the car is using a lot of antifreeze. In one week it drained the overflow, but yet I do not see a leak. Also when the car is idle it has a bit of smoke coming out from under the hood. I opened the hood and it is coming from the rad. What could this be?

Have the cooling system and pressure cap- pressure tested this will tell if you have internal combustion leakage.

Yep, you probably have a blown head gasket. Here is a guide to help.
